- Redevelopment/repositioning to generate new value
- Timeline: 3 years
Season 2: Drop (2025–2028)
- Leverage new CRE value to expand capacity
- Development of first residential project, including decommodified units and member+resident control
- First housing drops to members and sales to community
- Timeline: 3 years
Season 3+: Scale (2029 and beyond)
- Using existing capacity, further token sales, partnerships, etc., iteratively growing a portfolio of cash-flowing commercial spaces, unrestricted and decommodified housing, and community third places.
- Expand activity to include capital provision to mission aligned developments.
